Chéleah Googe, Ph.D. is Black Feminist educator, facilitator, and racial equity advocate. She currently serves as the Director of Leadership & Equity for Breck School in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Googe earned her bachelor’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Richmond, her master’s in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her doctorate in Education - Higher Education from Old Dominion University. Chéleah’s research centers Black women educators and explores the intersection of race, class, and gender and how it impacts the educational experiences of students and adults alike. She is also the Co-Founder of education consulting firm Work Beyond the Work, LLC, and in her spare time, loves being an auntie to the most amazing niblings and spending time with her partner, friends, and family.
