Lan Ngo, PhD is a social scientist by training and has been leveraging her expertise to mentor and lift others both in and outside of her day job in technology.  She has spent over a decade as an educator, researcher, and a higher education administrator. She is a published writer and creates digital resources to increase access to education. Lan serves on the Board of Directors of Asian American Women’s Coalition, an entirely volunteer-run nonprofit. She earned a BA in economics from Stanford University, an MA in teaching from Columbia University, and a PhD in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
